Every Person in Shanghai began in 2016, inspired by the late New York illustrator Jason Polan and his project Every Person in New York. Through this ongoing series, I document the people and everyday life of the city I call home from my own perspective. The work has evolved from early black-and-white line drawings to a recent full-color style, reflecting both the city’s change and my artistic growth. The series remains ongoing and will be updated over time.
